Cairns FM 89.1 Boosts PR In Airlie Beach Festival Of Music

Cairns FM 89.1 had a huge boost in awareness and support as Baz and Deveski from FNQ Originals went to Airlie Beach for the Airlie Beach Festival Of Sound. Baz and Deveski were judges at the Cairns leg of Passport to Airlie and spoke to a number of different emerging artists. Baz and Deveski spoke to alot of musicians and festival organisers about what support that would like to see from Community Based Radio, and how Community Radio has to move more into the digital realm, and support artists within Far North Qld.
The Passport to Airlie Competition, we got to see some amazing groups including our very own Abi Muir Dande and The Lion, Owls of Neptune, Karly Jewell, Weathered, Sunday Lemonade, Lash78, Perry Street Park and more.
